  • I have had the pleasure of working with over 1691 clients and have photographed all kinds of people no matter their size, age, gender, or race.

  • Boudoir Sessions can be booked Monday to Saturday.

  • All Boudoir Experiences include a 30-minute consult. Consultations can be booked in person at the studio or virtually if that is more convenient for you. Consultations are a great opportunity for you to see the studio, meet with me, and plan your outfits. I highly recommend booking a consultation if you have the time, but it is not required.

  • Together we will plan your entire boudoir session, coming up with ideas, outfits, and concepts, so that your boudoir photoshoot is exactly what you want it to be!

  • Our Boudoir Client Closet has little bit for everyone.

    For or feminine boudoir clients, we have over 130 different lingerie pieces (sizes XS - 4XL), high heel shoes (sizes 6-10), jewelry, stockings, and other accessories.

    For our masculine boudoir clients, we have a selection of over 100 pairs of men's underwear.

  • Our Edmonton based boudoir studio comes equipped with 3 different boudoir rooms including the Bright & Airy Room, Dark & Moody Room, and Wet Room.

    Each room is equipped with several different luxury boudoir sets to choose from.

  • Choice of coffee, tea, wine, or water.

  • With your boudoir experience you will receive a same day private and in-person image reveal appointment where you will select your boudoir images. Each boudoir session will have anywhere from 75-300 images to choose from.

About Calie

I always had a passion for photography, even from a young age. Being able to capture special moments so that I could relive them later was something I adored about photography. As I got older I started not only photographing moments, but I started creating photos and took an interest in photographing people.  

I didn’t start taking photography seriously as a career until 2009 when I applied to be a part of the Photographic Technology program at NAIT.  It was during my two years at school that my love for taking people’s portraits grew.   

In 2011, I started working as a boudoir photographer for another Edmonton based studio and instantly fell in love.  I finally had found my niche; boudoir photography.  From there sparked a true passion, something I didn’t know was possible with a career. Being able to absolutely love what you do is a true blessing. 12 Years and 1500 empowered clients later, I finally decided to open my very own Boudoir Photography Studio in Edmonton, a dream come true.

Boudoir Photography is all about celebrating who you already are and for me I love being able to capture people as their true authentic selves.  Getting to watch people see themselves in a new light and finally being able to embrace their inner and outer beauty is why I love boudoir.  

There is something about taking a person’s intimate portrait that truly enlightens a person.  That is the great thing about boudoir photography, it doesn’t matter how old you are, what size you are, or how you identify.  None of these things matter.  It truly is here to make anyone and every look and FEEL as fabulous as they already are.

  • That’s what a boudoir photo shoot is all about. Most of the people who come to my boudoir studio are feeling the exact same way, but one of the most common side effects of boudoir is increased self confidence. We are here to show yourself that you are amazing just the way you are. Sometimes all it takes is seeing what everyone else sees and through your boudoir photos, you will find a new found love for yourself, which in turn will give you a confidence boost I think we all could use.

  • The number one thing I hear from my clients is: “I am so awkward in front of the camera.”

    This isn’t what you do for a living, so how would you know what to do! That’s what I am here for! I guide and help you every step of the way. I’ll coach you through facial expressions, and I have good techniques and tricks to help you have a nice, relaxed and “sexy” face if you will. When it comes to posing, I come up with all of that. You truly don’t have to know what do or come up with any ideas if you don’t want to. I will pose you from head to toe through each pose, I got you!

  • I will give you all the ideas and options of what you can wear for your boudoir shoot. 80% of my ideas might already be things that you already own. When you book a boudoir photography session with me you will have complete guidance with outfit and accessory selection.

    I even have a selection of outfits ranging in sizes XS - 5XL in the boudoir client closet. I also have high heels and jewelry here to compliment any outfit.

  • Absolutely not! I do get a lot of people who book a boudoir shoot as motivation during a lifestyle change and that is great, however, you by no means need to lose any weight to book a boudoir photography session now!

    That’s the whole point of boudoir. Your boudoir photos will give you a new found appreciation for yourself and your body. We will show you how great you already are and that you don’t have to worry about being a certain size before you book a boudoir shoot.

  • First of all, you absolutely do NOT need a significant other to book a boudoir shoot. Don’t get me wrong, boudoir photography can be a great gift idea for that special someone in your life, but as much as it might be a gift for someone else, it will always be a gift you give to yourself too.

    Boudoir is something you do for yourself and that is what I love most about this kind of photography. We are in the business of promoting self love. Book the boudoir shoot for you and remember that you are worthy.

  • I will never post any of your photos anywhere without your permission. At your boudoir image reveal, once you have finally seen your boudoir photos, we have a form that I will get you to sign which will be whether or not you give me permission to use your photos.

    It is completely optional, and you can put specific restrictions on which images you are okay with us using.

  • Typically my turn around time to have digital images back to you is 1-2 weeks from the date of your boudoir shoot. Alternatively, if your hoping for an album or prints, my turn around time is 2-3 weeks from the ate of your boudoir session.

  • Please call or email me ASAP. The times quoted above are my typical turn around times but sometimes, depending on my schedule, I am able to accommodate a quicker turn around time. I will do my best to make magic happen in time for your special occasion.

  • Yes! We will photograph you to whatever your comfort level is, so if you are open to partial or full nudity, go for it, this is your boudoir shoot after all.
